August Bank Holiday weekend I went to The Big Feastival with my daughter and grandchildren aged 6 and nearly 4. They are too big for a buggy but the distances between events at a festival are just too far for little legs. What to do? I decided to test drive the Thule Chariot Cross 2 that we have on display here at A3Baby Barn.
To start with it fitted perfectly in the back of my ancient Honda CRV. The wheels pop off and it folds down really flat. So there is loads of room to pack around and on top of the buggy. When we had parked up it was so easy to pop the wheels back on and off we went to the camping field. It was so easy to push even with heavy children and I just love the extra finishing touches. Each child has their own mesh pocket in which keep a drink, snack and favourite toy within easy reach. The net pouches on the back of the seats and the storage bin on the back gives loads of space for everything you need for a day out. The Thule Chariot Cross 2 is also surprisingly narrow and I was very happy using it in very crowded situations.
The seats recline independently for nap time so you can have one awake and one sleeping soundly. There is plenty of leg room for 2 children. The verdict from the children was that it was very comfy even going over big bumps. They loved the zip up insect net and the adjustable sun cover. I was just so impressed. I opened A3 Baby Barn 27 years ago and so have pushed/demonstrated/used a lot of buggies in my time and this one is brilliant!
Huge storage bin with space for a whole day out, the big back wheels on the Thule Chariot Cross 2 means it can cope with any terrain
